Chocolate Babka French Toast.


SO much leftover Challah and Babka from the holiday (Shana Tova by the way), so I whipped up some french toast. These are both great breads to use for french toast due to the thickness. This recipe was super easy and it tasted heavenly. It's chocolate and bread! What more could you want?

Ingredients: 
-5 Slices of chocolate babka
-2 eggs
  -2 cap fulls of vanilla extract
            -Cinnamon Sugar (as much as you'd like)
 -About 1 tablespoon of half & half



Method:
-Beat together the eggs, half & half, vanilla, and cinnamon sugar.
-Dip the babka into the mixture so both sides are moist
-Cook in skillet over medium-high heat. I used vegetable oil to cook it in.
-Give each side a couple of minutes before flipping. 
-Serve with strawberries and syrup!
